At the forefront of their users: marketing and sales departments… According to a study conducted by IDC on behalf of Dataiku among 162 business departments of companies with 500 employees or more, half of the companies surveyed say they have already deployed predictive models based on Machine Learning or are in the process of deploying them. 21% of business departments even make it a priority by 2021… On the podium of professions using these technologies, sales departments take first place (41%), followed by marketing (37%) and production (33%).
